Visually arresting and texturally compelling, Sara Regal’s work ranges in scope from furniture made from building-site waste products to decor items created using discarded textiles. Her pieces—tables, chairs, vessels, vases, lampshades, and more—are made using materials we usually think of as “waste,” and have a tactile, rough-and-ready yet sophisticated aesthetic that invites hands-on exploration as well as being instantly appealing to the eye.
